For diffusing, add a few drops to your diffuser with water as directed. When applying to the skin, dilute in a carrier oil before use and use low dilutions for children under 5 years old. Essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil prior to applying them on your skin. We recommend 3-5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
