Wild Grown & Heirloom: Our dried mulberries grow wild in the foothills of the Hindu Kush mountains of northern Afghanistan. Out sweet apricot kernels are an heirloom variety grown on family farms that use traditional farming techniques.
Apricot Kernels: Found inside the pit (stone) of every apricot, these superseeds resemble small almonds. Unlike bitter varieties of apricot kernels, Ziba Foods sweet apricot kernels come from Bamyan and contain only trace levels of Amygdalin, making them a safer superfood.
